"Bellay"

 "Bellay"

You are my sister, my love, my truth.
Came eagerly to me through the epiphanies of my youth.
Your smirk and your chin, your mischievous grin,
Touching my soul even the innermost part of my spleen!

Oh Ate's Bellay, you are my wordly light,
Illuminating my view even my darkest of nights.
Years ago, this fragile heart thinks of trav'lling away,
But your beautiful soul emerging into this world made Ate stay.

A bundle of joy, you are my bliss of sass,
Running to me fondly with that cheerfulness of a lass.
Intelligent, funny, cheeky, and kind,
Everything inside me settled when our spirits were bound.

And now I can't see you, hug you, nor talk to you again.
Days are melancholic, blissful moments are pinned.
Yearning for you each day, as the clouds drew your smile,
Will you still remember Ate even if there are miles?

Connecting to you through my prayers to the Universe,
To make you happy, wise, and wander this life with light inside of you.
Hoping that the Gods whisper songs of love in your heart from me.

And one day, just maybe one day,

This sorrowful spirit be mended and feel your love once again.

Oh my baby, hold you in my arms once again.
